Returns Policy

We believe that a customer should be able to see the watch in hand and try it on before making a final decision on whether they should keep the watch or not. After all your happiness is all that matters when it comes to buying a luxury high end watch. All purchases made online, by email or over the phone are covered by our 14 days no questions asked return policy, you are guaranteed a full refund within this period as long as the item is returned in the retail condition that it was sold in if you are not 100% gratified with your purchase. Please note, unless the item sold is faulty, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return postage and the payment processing fee of 2% of the value of the item purchased. Please note that the 14 days return policy does not apply to purchases made directly at our physical premises as you have been given the chance to inspect and try the product prior to purchasing.

Unworn watches will only be accepted for return if they are returned exactly how they were sold with all the stickers that came on the watch (not removed) or if not as stated or they have a fault in some way.

All our watches are packaged appropriately and are fully insured to make sure they do not get damaged throughout transit. We have never had an incident with a customer receiving a damaged watch as we take all care and precautions needed to insure your watch arrives to you safely.

All UK Purchases are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery which guarantees to have your watch with you by 1pm signed for and fully insured.

International purchases will be sent using Fedex Express Delivery which to most countries it should be 24hours. In Europe Fedex should have your watch delivered within 24hours. Regarding countries outside the EU, your watch will be in your country within 24hours and then depending on customs clearance.
